The Retail Multi Pack has 12 cards plus 3 Red, White and Blue Parallels. This is called a multipack because when you open it you will find a 12 cards pack plus the 3 card parallell pack. With such a small set, I wasn’t that surprised to find a duplicate in the same pack.
