Short Print Variations
In 2021 Topps Series 1 there are three levels of short prints:
Short Prints (SP) Regular Retail Packs 1:69 Odds
Hobby Packs 1:79
Fat Packs 1:33
Super Short Prints (SSP) Regular Retail Packs 1:2,049 Odds
Ultra Short Prints (Ultra) Regular Retail Packs 1:74,986 Odds
Short Prints can be a photo variation or when the current player is replaced with a Legendary one, (i.e. Babe Ruth, etc)
These cards can be hard to spot if you don’t have multiple copies of the same card number. However, there are usually found with any inserts near the middle of the pack.
Codes refer to the last three numbers in the CMP Code on the bottom of the card’s back. Base cards have Code 213.
